He married Elizabeth
Coatsworth on 19th March 1735 at
St. Brandon, Brancepeth.
Their son Henry was born before 1736.
Henry's son Thomas
was born in 1784 in Stanhope.
He married Margaret Simpson (born 1786
in Stanhope) on 3rd June 1809.
Thomas was a blacksmith in Frosterley
Margaret died September 1825 and was buried at Blanchland
on 9th September 1825.
Thomas died November 1853 at Pittington and was buried at
St. Lawrence, Pittington.
Thomas and Margaret had a Daughter
Isabella, born June 23rd 1809.
She was christened at Thomas, Stanhope on 6th August 1809.
Their son, John Prest, was born 20 March 1811 in Frosterley.
Their son Henry was born in 1812 in Stanhope.
Henry Prest married Grace Young, born 1830 Broomside.
Their children were:- Thomas, Phillis, James, Margaret, William and John.
They were born in Pittington between 1852 and 1865.
